We offer a range of public speaking services and group classes for children, adults, and organizations. In doing so, we are developing the leaders of Mauritius, for today and tomorrow.

Meet Dhanu
Dhanu Rajwani is a Distinguished Toastmasters with over 20 years of experience in teaching, facilitating, and evaluating public speaking skills. Enterprising and innovative, her mission is to empower the people of Mauritius to build self confidence and self esteem through public speaking and effective communication skills.
Dhanu has initiated and supported several public speaking initiatives throughout her life. Her pride and joy lies in the work she does today to empower children with this essential life skill. Now, in her 70s, she’s as energetic as ever to inspire others to invest in themselves and their growth. For example, she has kickstarted a Global Gavel Club community to connect the Mauritian youth with other bright minds around the world. Founded in 2020 with 20 clubs, the network has grown to over 180 clubs across the globe.
Dhanu is an esteemed and well connected leader of the local community. She was also recently featured in Achieving Excellence, the magazine of Toastmasters South Africa.
Public Speaking - For Individuals
We offer a range of public speaking courses tailored to different age groups. Whether you are 6 or 60, you are welcome! It’s never too late or too early to start developing this essential life skill.
Want to try it out first? You are always welcome for a trial session at our group classes.
Little Speaker's Club
ages: 6-9 years old
At the Little Speaker’s Club, your children can start developing essential life skills from an early age. Whether your children are full of life and energy or more on the shy and introverted side, everyone can have fun together. Engaging activities challenge the children to develop their problem solving, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. These skills can set your children up for improved academic performance. By joining the club, your children can develop confidence and social skills to accelerate their growth and development.
Alternate Tuesdays, 3:45 – 5:30 P.M.
FEES: Rs. 900 per month
(+ Rs. 900 registration fee)
VoiceOut Gavel Club
ages: 10-17 years old
VoiceOut Gavel Club is where young leaders are made. Teenage years are a time of confusion as young bodies undergo many changes towards adulthood. Wisdom and guidance are critical in these formative years. Participants of VoiceOut develop their public speaking skills while surrounded by other talented and ambitious young colleagues.
VoiceOut is a certified Gavel Club under the aegis of Toastmasters International. Despite being a fun learning experience, participation and involvement in the classes will be a great extracurricular to include on a college application.

ACE SPEAKERS
ages: 18+
ACE Speakers is a Toastmasters Club open to adults of all ages and backgrounds. Toastmasters is an international organisation present in over 140 countries with the aim of fostering public speaking, communication, and leadership skills among its members. Key elements of these sessions include prepared speeches, impromptu speeches, and evaluations. At ACE Speakers, we emphasise the importance of continuous positive feedback and mutual encouragement. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced speaker, join ACE Speakers or any other Toastmaster club on the island for opportunities to improve your speaking skills and network with professionals.
Note: Dhanu Rajwani is a founding member and active participant at ACE Speakers
